Our Campground Policies
Reservation Policy

A Full amount payment with a credit card is required for reservation camp site.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM , Check-out time is 11:00am.

Early check-in or late check-out is rarely available. It must be confirmed by email in advance and costs $15+HST
Online Booking and Payments

All online reservations must be secured with a valid credit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe). By providing your card details, you authorize us to charge the required deposit or full amount according to your booking selection.
RV Site Cancellation Policy

14+ days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 5% administration fee + HST on the deposit amount.

7–13 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Within 7 days of arrival or No-Show: Non-refundable.

Long Stay Protection (5+ nights): If cancelled within 7 days and the site is successfully re-booked, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded after a $50 CAD administration fee + HST deduction.

No refunds will be issued after check-in.
Quiet Time 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Do not let liquids or water run out of campers on site .
Put all trash in plastic bags and drop them inside the main dumpsters.
Speed Limit: Maximum 10 km/h throughout the park. Watch for kids and pets.
Visitors

Day visitors must leave the campground by 10:00 pm.
Camp site occupancy

Our RV site occupancy is based on one tow vehicle & trailer, or one motorhome & tow vehicle. Please do not park more than one RV in any site.

Tent Occupancy based on one vehicle and 2 tents., or two motorcycles and 2 tents.

Each site is limited to 6 people max occupancy.
No Smoking Policy

Cannabis and smoking are strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within the children’s play areas. That this includes ALL substances.

For safety, please ensure all cigarette butts are fully extinguished with water before disposal. Ash pots are available upon request from staff.

Smoking inside building will result in a two hundred ($200+tax) cleaning charge. Evidence includes but is not limited to: Smell of smoke/substance, loose butts, ashes, etc.
Pet Policy

Guests are required to clean up after their pets promptly.

Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
Campfires & Firewood

Management reserves the right to ban campfires during dry periods or when winds are high.

Fires are only allowed in the prov

ided fire rings. Please DO NOT use fireplace for garbage.

Never leave a fire unattended.
Charging Electric Vehicles (EV)

RV site electricity is strictly for RV use only. Charging Electric Vehicles (EV) is strictly prohibited unless authorized. Unauthorized EV charging will result in a $50 penalty fee per day. There's a “ChargePoint” Charging Station just 250 meters away.
