Motel Room Policy

Reservation Policy
  • The registered guest must be 19 or older.

  • Please show a valid ID at check-in. The name must match your booking.

  • Rates based on one Room Max 2 guests.  

  • First night rate is required at the time of placing the reservation. The balance of reservation is due upon arrival. 

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM - 10:00PM   (let us know if you arrive late)

  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy 

  • A 5% fee applies (on deposit collected only) to all cancellations for any reason to cover credit card and admin costs.​

  • NO REFUNDS will be offered if while staying.

Visitors
  • All non-registered visitors must register at the office and depart by 10:00 pm

Parking
  • Each room is allowed a maximum of 1 vehicles,  not allow tents or trailers to be parked on site.

Pet Policy
  • Pet Fee: $30+Tax Per Stay. Please ensure be booked in advance. 

  • No room entry by staff unless pet owners are present.

  • Damages & Cleaning: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, stains, or odors. Extra cleaning fees will apply if needed.

  • Guests are required to clean up after their pets promptly.

  • Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times while outside the room.

  • Pets are not permitted to be left unattended in room. This often leads to barking dogs and damages when owners are not present.

  • We recommend that you travel with dog blankets to limit shedding on the bed.

No Smoking Policy ​
  • Cannabis and smoking are strictly prohibited inside all buildings and within orther camper areas. That this includes ALL substances.

  • For safety, please ensure all cigarette butts are fully extinguished with water before disposal. Ash pots are available upon request from staff.

  • Smoking inside room will result in a two hundred ($200+tax) cleaning charge. Evidence includes but is not limited to: Smell of smoke/substance, loose butts, ashes, etc.

  • In the event the interior is damaged (pine walls, material furniture that is costly to remove odor, etc.) guests may be subject to additional replacement and/or repair fees, re-inspection fees, and/or legal action.​​
